Location: Richardson, TX 75082 Kelley Blue Book Fair Value $3,962 !!! 2002 Black Nissan Xterra XE with approximately 223K miles (could be a bit more or less). 2 sets of keys and fobs. The car has had one owner, although listed as 2 on the VIN data because the owner was a minor when originally purchased and later transferred into current name. No major accidents or body damage/ repairs! After the cash, check, or money order is cleared at our bank (close by), we will sign the title but leave undated if that meets your needs, however we will report to the state of Texas 30 days after it has sold. Not currently inspected or registered. NOT STARTING- due to a squirrel nesting under the hood after we weren't driving it much. A few wires were chewed through which is shown in photos. Prior to that it would occasionally run hot in traffic and cause the AC not cool. These are the issues we know about, although, we're not car people and there could be other things we don't know about given the age of the car. Repairs seem like they would be an easy fix for someone who knows how to do the work. FREE TOWING to your location WITHIN 60 MILES. We use AAA as a towing service and anything beyond 60 miles towing will be your responsibility. If you are out of state or just prefer to arrange your owning towing service, we will pay you back up to 60 miles based on AAA pricing. The two back tires have under 20K miles, but I'd guess even less than 10K from when we purchased a couple years back. The spare is also in good shape, but the front two tires need replacing soon. New battery within last 6 months but needs to be charged now since it hasn't been driven. There are a few cosmetic defects on the plastic trim-which is all photographed. The front grille guard has some paint missing and "XTERRA" is wearing from the sun on the roof luggage rack. Interior is in good shape although it could use a good cleaning. No rips or excessive stains! Headliner was replaced about 3 years ago and is perfect. All interior electrics (windows, radio, wipers) work fine, except CD player which will not accept a disk-but radio works great. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS and REVIEW EVERYTHING ABOVE!
