It Does not run has no keys, The title has a lein so you cant register it. lein is signed off but theres no release letter. you need a notorized release to register it. and second gear is gone. So don't buy it if youre looking for a good motor. I know someone out there is building something and could use the parts, good front end, nice rims and tires.
