2003 Audi A6 3.0 Quattro, 231k miles, purchased in 2008 with 102K miles. Wife drove for 5 years and I've driven it for 4 years. One of the best cars we've owned. I still drive it everyday, but purchased a used VW TDI and won't need the Audi. Runs and drives, cold AC, transmission shifts good, tires are decent, exhaust is quiet. I've used it primarily to get to work and take the kids to school.....and to be unstoppable in the winter! It needs some attention, but is still ok as-is for a while if you use it around town. At some point will need the following addressed: one front axle is going bad and really needs new front control arm bushings, using a quart of oil about every 750-800 miles(PCV valve and hoses may fix that...does not smoke or leak), and a recent small coolant leak has appeared. Paint on hood, trunk, and roof is poor. New serpentine belt and tensioner around 200k, last transmission service at 190k, front and rear brake pads last year, coolant temp sensor last year, used power steering pump earlier this year. I've always used Mobil 1 0-40 oil and Mann filters. Good car to use around town or even a great car to use for parts if you have a wrecked or broken A6.
