Vehicle Detail
Look at my feedback. Please respect both our time. This is the most mustang at the lowest price anywhere I have ever seen. My loss, your steal. Please snatch it up before it goes to the dealer world. The car is set up very nicely with: -FATMAN front kit, -X-brace tying the sub-frame to the rear rails, -4 wheel disk brakes, -373 Posi 8.8 rear, -5-speed manual transmission, -Corner-hugging racing seats, -Genuine CSX4000 Shelby Cobra Steering Wheel,-7" LED Headlights, blacked out hood, and chin spoiler-Heads up Windshield digital display speedometer-17" Cobra R factory ford wheels.... and a Jewel-case of an immaculate engine bay with a reliable purring 302. First let me say the pictures DO do this car justice. She's got such a great updated and menacing look even through the bright Poppy Red paint. The gaps on this car are consistent. The body is straight. This is a clean rust free low mileage (since 2010 frame-off rotisserie style restoration). The car was prepped for paint properly, as only several years can confirm. I'm something of a paint nazi, and this car is very nice in person. It is NOT a perfect show car, although you have to get right up on her to find any flaws. I picked two in the photos. There are very few around the car, but nothing to detract from the BAM! you feel when you see her. New Hampshire doesn't require Titles for cars this old, so I have kept the Texas Title blank for the new owner to fill in, thus no problems in any state that does require a title. I bought a 69 out of Ohio, and this 70 out of Texas. I wanted to build two max-effort pro-touring cars. I finished the 69 first and won 2017 Boston World of Wheels radical hard top category. I went way over budget with the 69. So this 1970 I also started on is now for sale. It came up from Texas a year ago and has never seen a New England winter. So what's not to love? Needs new rear tires. The horn was deactivated for the cobra steering wheel. You can go back if you like. What else? After driving my 688HP 1969 around, this car feels like a 6 cylinder to me. Great for someone starting out who wants to build their own monster. It's a vintage 70 block with 5.0 1994 heads. Manual Brakes, Steering, and trans make it easy to work on. But I would want the power the rear end and x-braced frame are begging for, like a supercharged Coyote swap. But that's just me. And I can't afford to tweak this anymore myself anyway! People lose their minds when they see this car at the gas station, etc. She represents the Mustang badge beautifully, but I wouldn't challenge anyone to a race as she is. She's just a rock solid beauty of a driver. I will try to get a video up in the next day or two. Enter 0T02F12XXXX into search field on you t ube. If she doesn't sell immediately that is! Paypal deposit is not refundable. Inspect car before buying. if you win, you pay. No trades. If you don't have 24k burning a whole in your pocket, please enjoy the pictures without bidding, or asking lots of questions. This is a sale! If you're serious, just Use eBay for asking questions. I will help you with shipping.
