Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a beautiful 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS in Sapphire Blue with less than 10,000 miles. If you're reading this, then there's probably not much explanation you need for the GTS, right? I am its only owner, it has a clean CarFax, and is currently leased from Porsche through October 2017. The transaction will be straight-forward, handled via Escrow.com so that the payment is taken care of smoothly and safely, with the title sent to you as soon as possible. The last of the flat-six engined Cayman models, there's not much better than the intoxicating sound of the engine roaring right behind your head. Coupled with the PDK transmission, and there's no reason why you shouldn't be taking this car out every day. Options:Sapphire Blue Metallic - $710Leather Interior in Black with Alcantara - $0Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) - $3,960Wheels Painted in Black Satin - $880Roof Lining in Alcantara - $0BOSE Surround Sound System - $700SiriusXM Satellite Radio Receiver - $670Convenience Package - $900Sport Suspension - $0Fuel Cap with Aluminum Look Finish - $160 The car is equipped with the Getty Design RS Wing. If you know anything about Getty Design, you know the coachwork is the best you can get in the states. It's the literal GT3 wing mold with flat black uprights and body-colored wing and base, top that off with the flat black wing ends and you've got a GTS-themed wing with real downforce with multiple adjustment points, for those who want it. Worth noting is that the wing base is not weather sealed so water can get into the rear trunk lid, but it drains without issue, and can be sorted easily. Lastly, the fuse for the rear spoiler was removed so that it wouldn't interfere with the wing. From what I understand you can disable the rear spoiler through the Porsche diagnostic PIWIS system but I never got around to getting that done. If you do that, then you can add the fuse back in, otherwise it just displays a harmless warning when you go over 75 mph and it tries to activate the rear spoiler. Want the car without the wing? Feel free to send me a message and we can chat about it. Next, we've got the Zunsport mesh grilles for the front vents. I highly recommend keeping these, as the Cayman models all the way up to GTS don't have grilles, which could mean that one mean rock coming off a truck on the freeway could be bad news. Let's talk vehicle condition: first off, the car has been protected with Xpel Ultimate clear bra on the full front of the car, including mirrors. Additionally, that clear bra makes it to the door handles, rocker panels, and rear bumper edges to ensure that road rash doesn't harm the body. That said, the clear bra has been on the car for two years, and has seen two years of road trips, the occasional track day, and general driving on the streets and highways of California. If you're not looking to splurge on a new clear bra, keep it on, but do note that while it's in good condition overall, there are imperfections in the clear bra itself that have accrued over time. All that said, the exterior is in really good condition, with the exception of the plastic GTS trim in the front. Of course, normal wear and tear from the road will not be nice to matte plastic, so you can definitely see the road rash there. The pieces themselves are available separately and easily replaceable, if you'd like to restore that to pristine condition. Besides that, see for yourself in the pictures of its exterior condition. Road rash? Don't worry, the windshield was replaced with a brand-new OEM piece. This alone cost over $1,500 and you're going to enjoy the car with no pitted windshield. Brake pads just recently replaced, rotors in good condition. The only other note about the exterior is that over a year ago I had aftermarket wheels of which the rear right wheel broke, with the tire burning the edge of the rear bumper and the rear right brake caliper suffering some minor cosmetic damage. I can assure you after a year of driving it since then that it's in perfect working condition. The interior is in fantastic condition, I don't have to write about it, just look at the pictures. With all the alcantara and leather you're going to love being inside this car. The car is serviced at Rusnak Porsche with service records scanned and ready to send over. It still has its 4-year/50,000 mile warranty. The car is located in Chino Hills, California. Buyer is responsible for shipping, if necessary.
