Truly interested in buying this VW Doka? I know buying a vehicle without the benefit of being there to inspect it can raise a lot of questions, and these questions are most efficiently answered 'live' on the telephone, just like dad used to do it! I HAVE 2 OF these Doka Syncros for sale, this is the cheaper of the two as it does not have diff locks, and has higher miles ... This one is priced at $15,750 now - The white one I have is priced at $22,000 - check my other auctions for the white truck if you are interested. I get the majority of interest from California Residents for some reason.. And the usual question is if you will be able to register/title this truck in California -- And the answer is a resounding 'YES!' - I have sold 6 vehicles to CA buyers in the last 2 years, and every truck has been registered/driven/enjoyed with no hassles from DMV , as truck will have current Georgia title , and being diesel of a certain age, will be exempt from smog testing. So, getting to this truck for sale here now -- Here are the details: This truck is currently sailing to me here in Georgia. Its ETA is May 13th , just under a week from now. My partner in Europe has collected this truck for me, taken a lot of photos, and driven it about 700KM back to port for me, so it has had a nice shakedown. The truck is available to purchase now, a $2500 deposit will secure it until it arrives to pay the balance in full and collect (OR I can have shipped direct to you) - If any of this is confusing, ring me. This green double cab is exceptionally solid - floors look great , treasure chest/ etc - It does have about 178,000 miles on it - 1.6L turbo diesel engine scoot along nicely but does burn oil (While there is no smoke, oil is going out tailpipe) - about a quart every 150 miles. Perfect example to do a zombiemotors 1.9Tdi engine upgrade, or use now as-is for as long as you like , just be sure to carry a few quarts of oil with you if you head out of town on the freeway. Paint not the best - so/so and while shiny has been touched up here and there and is passable but not 'great' - There are also a few spots of minor body rust , in normal places which are easily repaired, but that being said, it is overall a very solid and safe truck. Drivers seat has one tear in it. Other seats all presentable and nice. Headliner perfect, door cards look great too. Floors exceptionally nice. Dash looks great. Everything works on this truck.
