I have an outstanding 2001 Cherokee for Sale. A great thing about this Jeep is it has the EXT IDLE button for raising the idle while stationary. It is a certified speedo used for Highway Patrol as you can see from the photos. It has the Select Trac full time 4wd as well Heavy Duty engine cooling. Trac-Lok Differential. Dana 30 rear. 20 Gallon tank. Cruise control. Tilt wheel. Auxiliary Tranny cooler. IT has ABS as well. There are no issues with this truck and was serviced perfectly throughout its' life with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. I have the folder full of all the services. I can install it when you buy it or leave it in the rear hatch and you can install it later.A call came in already. It has a 1 inch transfer case drop down as well. So no vibration when accelerating. Not too many opportunities come up like this to get a beautiful XJ with low miles. Most of you who are looking at these know that the rear main seal and oil pan is a pain in the tail. Also the tranny setup and options on this are extremely rare. This will make someone a great Jeep for a lifetime. Radio rear speakers stopped working today. Not sure why....Will try to figure it out before auction end. If not then it will give you something to do. You would probably put an aftermarket one in there anyway. These jeeps are not known for their killer systems from the factory. It also has a couple screw holes here and there in the vinyl from Patrol equipment being removed. There are two in the dash as well which you can see in the photos and someone called and pointed out to me. Thank you for that. It also has the velcro on the dash as well from radar being removed. Reserve is set very fairly on this XJ, especially compared to the others on here. Some of the stock ones are over 8-9k...But where else can you get one of the best 4wd systems ever created and the 4.0 for around 10k. Based on the calls i have had it seems like beach season has arrived!! I may even lower it....After all, it is on here to sell!! I would not hesitate to drive the truck anywhere. I can hold the jeep for a reasonable amount of time. It is garaged at my residence and will remain that way until picked up. I can come pick you up from the airport when you fly in.On May-11-17 at 11:08:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Had jeep realigned today! Also, expect some noise and adjustment period for the first couple hundred miles. You WILL need to tighten control arm bolts and rear spring bolts after you drive the Jeep. Rough Country recommends that in the Kit. I will tighten them down before you leave with it and i will remind you again.
