This is a true Jeepster Convertible - not just a wagon that you can take the hardtop off. As such, only something like 2,500 of these were produced over a 3-4 year period. The Jeepster Convertible has classic styling as well as a strong road presence. The Dauntless V6, coupled with the 3 speed T85 transmission provide ample get up and go. The upgraded rear bumper "Continental Kit" and two-tone paint job were hallmarks of the Jeepster Convertible. While many came with automatic transmissions, the 3 speed is considered very desirable. Our Jeepster drives well, is rust free, and it certainly can benefit from some TLC to take it to the next level as a classic. Our Jeepster is almost 50 years old and one cannot compare it to today's vehicles - however, it is fun to own and drive and always gets approving nods and smiles. For sale locally as well.
