2003 Duramax Diesel Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Dually Crew Cab 2wd. Allison Transmission. This is a Southern truck. I bought it 2 years ago and brought it up to this area to Massachusetts. It has never seen a New England Winter and has been garage kept during the Winter. There is absolutely no rust on the body or frame with perfect brake and fuel lines and rocker panels. Stock engine. Aftermarket aluminum wheels that have been plasticoated black, perfect condition polished aluminum wheels underneath that can be revealed again. Hard fiberglass bedcover painted to match. Bedrug. Billet Grille. Color matched front bumper and rear rollpan with hidden hitch behind the license plate. 20% tint on windows. Bose Radio with Ipod controller in the stock radio. Power windows, door locks, mirrors. A/C works perfectly with dual zone climate control. Center console. Interior is cloth with no rips or tears and appears almost new. The truck has a lowering kit from DJM that looks great and drives perfect. It does not affect the ability of the truck to tow. The truck has never been worked and the rear seats looked untouched until I bought it. In 2003 there were no emissions equipment factory installed which means better fuel mileage and that removes most of the problem areas of newer diesel trucks. Since I bought the truck I have done the following: 4 new tie rod ends 4 new balljoints 4 new shocks New front sway bar links New upper intermediate steering shaft new serpentine belts new batteries. Every fluid has been flushed and changed (transmission, coolant, brakes, rear differential) New fuel filter Engine oil just changed The truck has run flawlessly for me with nothing other than maintenance required and it needs nothing at this time. I have no need for this large a vehicle now. It was used prior to my use by a man with a large car collection to tow his show cars. I have used it as a Summertime daily driver and occasionally to tow a car trailer. Never had a 5th wheel installed. This is the perfect tow truck for someone with a car collection or race car, tow your car to the show and then enter the truck in the show! The truck gets more attention than anything I have owned. There is a hidden hitch behind the rear license plate. I just used the truck to tow a Tahoe on an open car trailer to Pennsylvania with absolutely no problems. Why pay 60000 for this truck new and then pay 6.25% sales tax and 2.5% excise tax in Massachusetts? That is an additional $5250 in tax the first year alone. Clean title in my name with a clean carfax. No accidents. No test drives without full purchase price in hand. It is legally registered and insured and has a current valid inspection sticker. Will not ship. Absolutely no trades considered. The truck looks and drives perfect and needs nothing.
