—Re-listed as Fixed-Price due to buyer not picking vehicle up___| !Physically Great!, BLUE, 2007 Volvo Convertible Although this car needs some work engine work, everything else on this vehicle is in excellent condition with even new brakes and tires. Before current damage occurred to car, it had been donated to our Church but was very rarely used with only 87,000 miles; so we have no need to fix the car. With a very straightforward repair, this car will run great and look perfect. At the bottom are some upgrades that were done to this car. It really is a great looking and fun car...it constantly received compliments when it was driven (especially from our kids here at the Church). Car is in physically excellent condition. Convertible works great and smooth, all power options work, paint is in very good condition and interior leather is in very good condition. Only two flaws to speak off: (1) On the driver's side, there is the normal wear you sometimes find on leather seats. (2) There is a small dent on the lip of the front hood that the car somehow got when it was in the shop for an alignment. (No idea how they managed that, but we never bothered to have it corrected as it is not too visible). -->I have taken high-resolution pictures of the interior and if more are desired, feel free to contact me. I am trying to be very honest about everything I know, so do not hesitate to contact us. The primary issue with the car is that he has a blown head gasket. We had a mechanic do a full diagnostic and he said that it appears something went up under the car and caused the coolant line to drain in its entirety (very quickly) which caused the engine to overheat. This in turn caused the head gasket to deform. Although I make no claims to know anything about the severity of a blown head gasket, our mechanic did mention that while a head gasket repair is labor intensive, it would probably be a fairly straightforward job as no check engine lights have been triggered. The car still turns on and we were able to drive the car to the mechanic and back to our Church (which is about fifteen miles each way). Our mechanic said this is very unusual for this type of damage. I guess this means the damage was on the lighter side (but again, that is out of my area of expertise). While the vehicle has a salvage certification, it already passed and is registered as REBUILT in New York. This means you would not have to pass salvage inspection for New York, although I have no idea about another state). I can say that it has pretty much all the factory options that were offered, with the premium sound system and subwoofer, programmable memory seats, and even the Volvo OEM Bluetooth upgrade that was offered a year or so after this car was originally released. A few added perks:—Just before we received this car, the entire suspension system was upgraded to Bilstein Sport shocks with Eibach sport springs. Supposedly this means the car handles much better/tighter, but also these components have a lifetime warranty so a possible plus for anyone who has an interest.—All of the brakes pads and rotors were replaced for us just a couple months ago. The place that did the job for us offered to donate high performance ECB parts (to match the suspension) so even the rotors are slotted and cross-drilled (we were told this helps with performance but also looks sportier). Given the low mileage we put on the car, that means they are pretty much brand new.—Tires also have less than a couple thousand miles.
