Hello, up for sale is this beautiful 1955 chevy belair . This car was owned and raced by the same family in southern ohio in the late 60's until the owner died in 2010, the car was a local track legend and class champion a few years. Sometime in the 70's she was restored, drove then stored. A friend of mine bought her off the the late familys granddaughter, then brought her back to her glory, the one time race motor was long gone, he dropped a 454 with a Muncie m20 4 speed, new clutch, aluminium radiator, flywheel, all new exhaust, electric fuel pump, jegs high torque mini starter, all new transmission seals, header gaskets, 411 rear, edelbrock intake, new wheels tires, also a rear set of old jcpenney formost racing slicks with wheels go with the car, all the original trophies from the 60's, framed original pics from the 60's of the car at the track and the house with the owner, newspaper clippings, 55 shop manual, time slips, original dealership brochures, registration, ect, , still has the original, ladder bars tow bar, ect, original survivior impossible to find with the history, interior is in excellent cond seat headliner dash near perfect door panels have some scuffs, trunk excellent, floorboards excellent, exterior still in the original 70's patina some stress cracks chips, a couple surface bubbles but overall great for its age and background, original hood is long gone replace with a new steel hood for the old school look, all gauges work runs super great, as a crusier, or at the strip runs on 93 octane I prefer racing fuel but either or, super loud and turns heads everywhere, don't drive unless you want to talk to people, remodeling house reason im selling, not interested in trades cant think of anything I would like better, anyway buyer is responsilble for shipping , but I can assist in meeting and getting it loaded, im sure I forgot a few things, feel free to ask questions email me at robin.tatman@yahoo.com, send me a text at 740-656-6235, and I will try to answer the best of my knowledge, thanks
