Check out this beast! I think I ran over a Smart car on the road test... 4X4 2500HD with DURAMAX DIESEL & ALLISON TRANSMISSION package! This is the working truck you have been looking for. Great condition for the age and miles, nice paint, upgraded wheels and tires, RUNS & DRIVES GREAT! Overall nice condition, clean exterior short of the wrinkle in the tailgate, (see photos) Interior is very good, has the easy to clean rubber floors, you know this is not the city cruiser... this truck belongs in its element... in the woods, dirt roads, hunting trips, exploring and working... besides, where would you park it? It also has what looks like a fifth wheel hitch mount in the bed. This truck has some history, but looks to be in very solid condition and seems to be solid mechanically. We do a thorough shop inspection on all of our trades, as you would expect, this truck has some typical issues for any vehicle with it's miles. It starts right up and drives well. The shop came up with these items during the inspection: driver door lock switch not working, tire light on due to aftermarket rims, washer fluid tank leaks, 4 glow plugs throwing codes, coolant temp sensor code, minor seepage at front seal and master cylinder. (not wet, has dirt build up) (See photos) Also some codes for ECM communication. We don't have a diesel tech here, so it doesn't make sense for us to dig in to these items. Google search reveals that the glow plugs are easy to diagnose and replace if needed. ECM codes refer back to ground connections, so maybe some cleaning up of connectors and the body grounds? The truck fires right up after the glow plug light goes off, runs and idles smoothly and drives like a freight train on tires. The radio was acting a little flaky on my test drive, it would power off on its own.
