1974 Honda Z 50 J Mini Trail. Up for auction is an extremely nice, very original Honda Z 50. This was rescued after years of sitting. It was stripped, frame painted, engine cleaned and painted, and gas tank, front end, headlight, side cover, chain guard were also professionally painted with new decals. Rims were sand blasted and painted with brand new tires and tubes. New seat cover, brake cables, and headlight switch. Gas tank was flushed, petcock cleaned, and carburator replaced with new. Engine starts 1-2 kicks, idles well, no smoke or unusual noises. No title comes with a bill of sale. A very nice example of one of Honda's most endearing mini bikes. Own a piece of history. The pictures say it all, look carefully, ask questions, stop by to see it if you're local. A non refundable $500.00 deposit by PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction's end, and must be paid in full within 5 days, either by Paypal or cash upon pickup. The current Z50J uses the basis of the 1974 model with 4-speed box and manual clutch, 12-volt CDI and 8 inch wheels.
