Hi thanks for looking i purchased this on a whim last march from my neighbor whose husband had purchased back in 1987 2nd owner, he passed away about 2 years earlier and she just parked it and was not ready to sell it. He was a car guy and at some point had an amateur type restoration done on it and registered it as an antique and would drive it to the local cruise nights id always see it around and thought it was pretty cool. The restoration performed in the early 2000"s included a new gm engine,new lower sheet metal,paint,bumpers,trim. it has a new gas tank,new front shocks, fairly recent looking brake lines and hoses, the chassis is solid most of the floors were solid except the two front floor sections which i had replaced including new front floor mounts and bushings, i also had new carpet installed, interior is pretty good for the age dash is perfect. exhaust is fairly new, runs and drives well, 4wd works perfect. thing that need attention In my opinion needs valve cover gaskets, carb adjusted, radio doesn't tune in, tires have decent tread but older, in general needs tinkering just for the fact its been off the road for 3 years, ive put under 300 miles on it since ive had it. i had dreams of my daughter driving this for her first car in a couple of years but have decided its not practical.
