Cougar is in excellent condition. Exterior is shiny, rust and dent free. Under carriage has surface rust only with much of factory paint in evidence. Interior has no rips, tears, cracks or stains other than aforementioned headliner. Carpet virtually wear and stain free. Original equipment floor mats are stored in trunk for winter. All accessories work as they are supposed to. No check engine, brake or other warning lights illuminated. 4.6 V-8 is smooth, responsive and quiet. Transmission shifts quickly and efficiently. No visible fluid leakage. No appreciable oil consumption. Transmission fluid is bright and red. Oil is clear and clean. Will have fresh filter and oil at delivery. Tires are 225-50-16 with less than 4000 miles. Vehicle is an excellent driver. Tracks and stops straight. Engine is responsive and surprisingly powerful. Handling is tight with excellent cornering. Ride is firm and comfortable. My life has changed and I no longer have use for the Cougar. I would not hesitate drive it cross country any distance. Just a great driving auto.
