This car has a flood title but when we got the car, we realized that the engine seized due to oil starvation. We did a little bit of investigation and found out that during the first visit to the dealership by the previous owner to do the first interval service, they had forgotten to put the drain plug back on the car and drove the car around the block and engine seized. We have changed all the parts and have receipts that could be provided upon request. All works done by a BMW technician. I understand that I do not have any feed back on Ebay so regarding payment we can use any escrow or other services as the buyer may wish.
