The 318 cid engine with automatic transmission has 348 miles on it since being completely rebuilt and having a major overhaul of every inch of the car. The engine is now sporting a nice big cam, and was bored out at least 30 over. The exhaust system rumbles through straight pipes, giving the truck a distinct sound of raw power. The 16 gal gas tank is now flanked by 2, 10 gallon gas tanks on either side of the truck. Other upgrades included a newly updated interior, with new gauges and paint on dash along with a kick ass stereo. All seven of the owners children have learned how to drive in this truck. The youngest is now 55 years old. The tires are extra wide and have less than 25 miles on them. Vehicle Photos: Vehicle Warranty: This vehicle will be sold "as-is" and does not come with a warranty of any kind. About Jim's Classic Garage: Jims Classic Garage is a high end "Boutique" classic car restoration shop, and collector car sales business. We are located in Gig Harbor Washington, just 35 miles South of Seattle. We Sell Classic cars, we buy classic cars, we consign Classic cars and we restore Classic cars. With many wonderful cars being restored, its only fitting to have cars available for sale. We offer our own "shop cars" for sale. These are from Jims personal collection, as well as Consignment cars. Our shop is small, with roughly 12 cars for sale at any given time. With such nice cars for sale, we have made contacts in many parts of the Country, plus overseas. Currently, over 50% of all cars sold, are sold overseas. The Europeans have a big appetite for high quality, numbers matching cars such as Corvettes, and high performance Mustangs (K Codes, and Shelbys) Pre-War cars that have been restored are also being sold overseas. China, Baghdad, Iraq, Germany, Holland, the Caribbean, are just a few of the Countrys and out of the way places buying cars from Jims Classic Garage. The business model is simple. When selling a Classic car, or buying one, do so with respect. We dont sell used cars, we sell pieces of art. If after buying a Classic car from you, you feel as if you were cheeted out of a few dollars, we didnt do our job. We both have to feel as if we received a "fair" deal. We understand all too well, that the car you are selling, or consigning has some sort of significant meaning to you, or a family member of yours. The Shop Cars we have for sale are my personal cars. Each one of them means something to me. Try to cheat me out of a few bucks makes me feel awkward and a little upset. When buying a car from us, we will help facilitate transportation anywhere in the World. One of the most misunderstood components of buying a car out of your immediate area that needs transporting, is the cost. We can ship a car from Washington State to Holland, for less than what it takes to ship a car to New York City. We recently shipped a 1958 Corvette to Holland for $1,750 door to door. We shipped a 1936 Packard Convertible Coupe, for $2,250 door to door to New York City. We list all consignment cars with a minimum of 10 Classic car sales sites, including eBay, and our own website www.jimsclassicgarage.com. Please sign up on our site for updates on all cars we have for sale, and watch videos of our restoration projects on our website or YouTube. What makes our online sales so successful, is that we photograph cars as if we are buying them ourselves. Its not necessarily the quality of the pictures, its where/what we take the pictures of. 60% of all pictures are of the undercarriage. Selling 99% of all cars outside the State of Washington, we have to be able to depict the car correctly online, and in the exact condition that its in. Transparency in selling our cars is why we are so successful. Having a 100% approval rating with eBay buyers and sellers helps. While looking at our website, take the time to read our Testimonials section. These represent just a small percentage of Testimonials we can list. Each reference would be more than happy to talk with you about their experience with our Company. If you have any questions regarding our Consignment service, Buyers service, or our Restoration service, please call Jim at 206-406-1313 or send me an email at Jim@jimsclassicgarage.com Terms and Conditions: Payment Options We accept the following payment methods: - Cash (in person) Vehicle Pickup & Shipping All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.
