Vehicle Detail
I am selling a 1950 Chevy 3/4 ton granny 4 speed pickup truck. Looking at the pictures you will see the cab corners need to be replaced as well as the right and left front floors. The front bed panel has rusted off at the bottom. These are typical areas for a old farm truck to rust out. The right rear fender well has some creases (see picture). The body has surface rust inside and out. The front fenders, grill, hood, doors, cab, top of cab, running boards and left rear fender well are all pretty straight except for some small dings here and there. The tail gate has a dent in it at the top. The pictures are pretty explanatory about the condition of the body. Truck does run and drive but is not road worthy, has no brakes. Motor has a new front and rear mounts, water pump, fan belt, carburetor kit and fuel pump. Motor does smoke a little. The fuel, water, oil, and amp gauges all work. The speedometer doesn't. The heater fan motor, headlights, park lights, dash lights and the dome light work. This truck has the original wiring and 6 volt system. The door windows roll up and down. The passenger side window is broken. The doors open and close easy. The top and side cowl air vents open and closes easily. The hood opens and closes as it should. This truck is 67 years old and will need to be gone thru but would make someone a good builder. (Truck has up to date tag and clear title). Please email or call me for any additional details or pictures at 580-512-1007. If you have less than 10 transactions please contact me prior to bidding or your bid will be cancelled. Shipping is buyer's responsibility and i will make myself available to assist the shipping company with loading. $500.00 non-refundable deposit through PayPal due within 24 hours of auction closing and complete payment due within 3 business days of auction closing via cashier's check, cash or USPS money order. By bidding you are confirming your satisfaction with all pictures and information provided in regards to all aspects of the truck and are committed to completing the purchase if you are the high bidder. Truck is sold "as is" "where is" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Winning bidder understands that this is a 67 year old antique truck and is unpredictable by nature. If you are not sure on any aspect of the truck please call, ask questions or request pictures until you are satisfied, other wise please do not bid as i would want us both to be happy with this transaction. The truck is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Thank you so much for considering the truck and happy bidding!
