Solid and safe vehicle. Runs great, but does not pass motor vehicle emissions. warning lights are on. I took it to the Volvo dealer and they indicated that they needed to reboot the computer and install a new chip so they could tell me exactly what was wrong. well, that was going to cost $1500. this is frustrating, because the car runs well, but in Maryland you need to have passed the emissions and it does not pass due to the warning lights.
