Vehicle Detail
Selling 59 Biscayne 2 door post. The car is complete and will be a great restoration project to the person with the right skills. The outer body will require repair behind the driver's door but very fixable. The good news is the outer metal on the car is solid. Quarter panels and doors are in good shape. The interior is in the car. Has an original radio in it, unusual for this model. Car has a seized 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed standard transmission. The frame looks to be solid but I'm sure the floors will need replacing. The trunk floor condition is unknown as I was not able to get the trunk opened (no keys). The car rolls for loading. Tires will hold air long enough to get it onto a trailer. Had a title but it is lost. A replacement should not be a problem, car will be sold with a bill of sale. Located in Montana. I may be able to assist with transportation. The photos you see are all I have at the moment. If you need more information call John 306 541 7313. I will except a PayPal deposit and the remainder as cash. Call me for details. The car may be removed at anytime due to it being advertised on other venues. This is a 3 day auction only. The reserve price on the car is very reasonable considering the condition, completeness and what these are worth when done. On Dec-17-16 at 20:03:00 PST, seller added the following information: Answers to peoples questions and emails. The chrome on the side of the car is straight. The front fenders are in good shape no rust at the bottom, one fender has been changed at some point Both bumpers are in good condition, the grille has a few bumps but can be repaired / straightened easily. Its a split bench front seat, it will need rebuilding but it does function. Steering turns fine. the transmission shifts into all the gears but its condition is unknown. Glass is all good except the front windshield which will need replacing. Yes, The car can sit where it is for a good long time as long as its paid for first. I can move it to an alternate location that will allow shipping to be made easier.
