This is a great opportunity to own a great running Cummins! I bought this truck from the Original owner in Mebane, North Carolina. A company owned it and they serviced it perfectly. Two salesman drove it for its' mostly highway miles. I bought the truck this year in February. It served its' purpose for me and my wife doing some antiquing this summmer. We drove it to New York in August and it performed flawlessly. You can pick this truck up and drive it anywhere you are from with no worries. The tranny shifts perfectly and the engine runs great. Those of you who are looking at this truck should look at it seriously. You could either restore it fixing the small visual flaws in it or use it as a work truck. I installed new Bilstein 5100 series shocks on it when I bought it. I also replaced the front sway bar links with Moog links.The headliner is new as well but somehow sagged a bit already. It has a full plastic bedliner. The 4WD works perfectly. There is NO RUST on this truck. It has spent its' life here in NC. I imagine the folks in the northern states will like that. It is an Laramie SLT. Leather and all power. The drivers seat is just plain wore out. I would invest in a new seat if I was going to keep it. I had a quote of $350 to put in new bottom and back with new leather. The oil pan gasket leaks a very little bit. That is normal for the mileage of course. The turbo spools up perfectly and the compression is great. You will be pleasantly surprised with the Truck. Definitely call me with questions. It is much easier that way. My name is Marc 919-270-4755.The truck has a dent in right front quarter and passengers door. The clear coat is peeling in a few places but looks very good. I also replaced the carpet with full molded vinyl like any truck should be. The passengers seat and back seat have hardly been sat in for 17 years. It has 2 yellow top optima batteries that were tested a week ago at Advance Auto Parts here in Raleigh. They are almost 100% power. The tires are about 75%. The truck does not shimmy or shake. There are no strange noises. Runs straight and true down the road. Loves to cruise at 75mph....Gets 20mpg loaded at 70-75. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler. A/C is cold and heat is hot. Power mirrors and locks operate as they should. Brand new Radiator this year as well. This thing pulls anything with ease. This truck is listed on Craigslist here in Raleigh as well so I may sell it locally prior to auction end. Reserve is set more than fair and I probably should make it higher along with the craigslist price. However, I do not need this much truck and it will make someone a great truck. Get it in and drive it anywhere back home....I can pick you up at Raleigh Durham Airport (RDU) if you fly in...I am only 15 minutes from the Airport. Please bid to win it.
