This is a running, driving short bed truck.It has not been registered/on the road since the early 1990's. It has been in Texas since at least then.Truck interior has a new dash pad, door seals, carpet, kick plates, door handles, window winder handles, and arm rests. floors look original and solid!Engine has been replaced, It has recently rebuilt heads made for unleaded gas,(approximately 10k miles) recent water pump, fuel pump, timing chain, Edlebroc air gap aluminum intake and 4 bbl carburetor with electric choke,( not hooked up), new aftermarket HEI distributor, new exhaust manifold gaskets, dual exhaust with glass packs.Trans is a 4 speed on the floor, clutch looks good! all the gears are there.It has power front disc brakes, drum rears.Rear tires have less than 10k miles, fronts, about 35k. They are the factory optional 16 inch wheels. It also has new rear wheel cylinders, brake line,and brake shoes .Paint is ok, not a show truck! It has light scratches, dents/imperfections. Inner passenger fender has damage due to a leaky battery. bed floor has dents, Parking brake cable and some light bulbs need to be replaced. Expect that it might need other things too, it is not fresh off the dealer lot, it is over 40 years old.Truck has been driven around the block at about 50 mph, it drives well for an old truck, Its not a Cadillac! Looks wise, it would make a good shop truck, rat rod (just sand through some of the paint and lower it), drive it as is, or restore it to perfection, LOTS of potential!
