A very nice example of Acura's luxury SUV. A non-smoker and in excellent condition both inside and out. New Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires at 34,659 miles give a really stable and quiet ride. WeatherTech floor mats front and back. All required maintenance performed either by the Acura dealer or a certified auto repair shop. All service records (while I've owned the car) have been retained. It has the remaining manufacturer's 7 year warranty (about 3½ years left). The vehicle also has a transferable (to the new owner) exterior paint protection policy through Auto Butler Warranty, Inc. which includes 2 full body exterior paint detailing procedures per year for the next 3½ years through your local Acura dealer. The actual mileage at the point of sale will be slightly higher as the car is driven occasionally. I will try to answer any and all questions through ebay's messaging system.
