You are looking at a 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet Roller. This means the car will be sold without the engine or transmission. I am using both the engine and transmission in a hot rod project that I have. I acquired this 911 from an elderly gentleman down in Missouri. He had owned the car since 2000, then covered it and put it into dry heated storage when his health began deteriorating in 2006. The car comes with a clean and clear Missouri title. This 911 is simply just too nice to part out and would make a quick and easy project for another Porsche enthusiast to install their desired power plant and transaxle into. The original shieferblaumetallic paint shows very nicely, although there are a few rock and stone chips up front as you would expect for a 911 with this type of millage. The car is unbelievably straight as seen in the photos. There is also a small rust spot below the left front headlight bucket as pictured. There is no other rust on the car and it is extremely dry. The rear vinyl window has torn all the way across and will need to be replaced. The top is in great shape otherwise.The blue leather interior is absolutely complete and needs some upholstery repair and conditioning but is completely savable. Dash is almost perfect except for a tiny crack that is not noticeable unless pointed out. The interior also has a very rare factory luggage option. Some key exterior features are obviously the paint color, very few cabriolets came in shieferblaumetallic, the third brake light option along with a set of beautifully polished set of staggered 16x7 & 16x8 Fuchs.
