2001 Honda Valkyrie with only 15,985 miles. Bike is immaculate, extremely well cared for and well maintained. It is completely stock with added hard bags, rear backrest, and windscreen. Not a beginners bike. It is has a boxer (horizontally-opposed/flat) 6 cylinder engine, it weighs 700 lbs with all fluids and a full tank of gas, has over 100hp and 100lb/ft torque. The ergonomics of the bike make it very comfortable for anyone to ride. The bike is extremely well balanced with its low slung weight due to the motor and neutral steering. The heaviness of the bike goes unnoticed once the bike begins to roll and has excellent brakes to bring it to a stop with ease. Truly a great power cruiser and tourer that gets looks from every bike enthusiast and has an exhaust note that sounds like pure muscle. It's horsepower and torque curve provide a very smooth and linear power delivery. Honda's are well known for their reliability and the GL1500 Valkyrie is known to go well over 100,000-200,000 miles with just routine scheduled maintenance. All fluids were just flushed and changed. New front and rear brake fluid (Valvoline DOT4 synthetic) new clutch fluid (Valvoline DOT4 synthetic) new rear gear oil (Mobil1 75w-90 Synthetic GL-5), new engine oil and filter (Mobil1 10w-40 synthetic motorcycle oil and K&N oil filter), and a new Honda air filter. I have 6 NGK iridium spark plugs, but the bike doesn't not need them yet. They will go with the bike or if requested I can install them upon purchase.Bike is priced to right and priced to sell at $4,910. That is $1,000 below KBB. Kelly Blue Book value is $5,910. This KBB value also assumes the bike has over 80,000 miles and has the wear and tear to go along with the mileage with no additional equipment. This bike has very low mileage and is in pristine like new condition.
