Vehicle Detail
Looks great, runs great, usual paint chips per a used car. INTERIOR: no cracks in dash, no rips in fabric, usual wear in outside bolster of drivers seat, All tan leather and tan carpet in nice shape, Call it an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. EXTERIOR: good solid red paint that still takes a shine (I wax every three months with Turtle paste wax). car has two keys with two fobs and owner manual. TIRES: a matched set of 4 with 50+ percent tread remaining. RUNS: very well, an automatic trans means it has not had it guts revved out, nice performance. Shifts smooth and positive, O/D goes in-out as needed or per the switch on the shifter. .Brakes solid, steering tight. AM/FM/CD works great. Electric mirros/windows/locks. all work well. AC and Heat in excellent shape. TOP: NO leaks but top is starting to crack on the fold line edge on both sides, patched with sealistic, will need replacement in the next year or so. See pics Rear Window glass DF works well. Has a top boot cover in tan NEW in last 12 months: HD-battery, Drain/refill Tranny and Dif, plugs and wires (NKG), wipers. New oil/filter every 2500 miles Took it to Chyenne and from Colorado to Miami. Mostly at 75 in Cruise, got a consistant 31/32 MPG and used no oil. You have seen a bunch of Miatas out on Ebay with mileage twice this one .... that are still running well and passing emissions (as mine did a month ago) Overall a very good value for the price. . .. . On Sep-23-16 at 08:22:40 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE; in reviewing my ad, I did mention the two fold-cracks (patched with sealastic).... but I forgot to mention that the radio-antenna will not go up/down. It still receives all the radio stations....but seems to be stuck. So since I dd not mention it before ...I will drop the final Selling Price by $50.to cover half or more of a replacement antenna. Hope this helps in the interest of full-disclosure in my description. and the "wear in the outside bolster"? .. it is scuffed but not work through or ripped..On Sep-23-16 at 08:37:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Bummer, just when you thought you knew how to type! In the above "outside bolster" comment, it should say "not worn through"On Sep-24-16 at 09:22:22 PDT, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: I have just had a bid from a Brand-new Ebayer on my car. The only other time (about 9 years ago) that a new person bid on my item and won... they had no idea of when the downpayment was due they had no idea of when full payment was due and they thought being high bidder meant that they could show up and kick tires and haggle. So if the new Ebayers would read the Payment and/or Shipping sections of the ad all would be well. And if you have no experience on Ebay please email me before making that first bid?I would hate to have to cancel your bid.
