Car is located about 1 hour north of Philadelphia, Pa. It was owned and driven daily by my girlfriend. She passed away, and car is no longer needed. She was a cigarette smoker. I installed a new battery in August 2016. It starts, runs, drives and stops properly. The tires, brakes, and interior are good. There is some wear on the handbrake leather boot, the driver's inside door handle is held in place by tape, and the dashboard cup holders do not work. Some clear coat peeling is noticeable. The moon roof does not operate properly. She stopped opening the moon roof in fear of it not closing one day. Although I believe the car can be safely driven any number of miles, it is sold with no promise or guaranty. Inspection is highly recommended. Test drives are not available due to a lack of insurance. I have a title for the car in the owner's name, and an owner's death certificate. I will also provide and sign a bill of sale. I guarantee they car has no liens, and that I have permission to legally sell the car. The winning bidder will provide his/her legal name and address, phone number and legally acceptable proof of identity. There will be no refund or price adjustment based on the winning bidder's ability to obtain a title with the listed documentation. Ask questions before bidding. Upon clear payment in full, the owner's heir is willing to sign and have notarized the title as requested by the winning bidder. No additional forms, duplicates, applications, letters or signatures will be provided. Meeting the legal requirements to title and/or register the car are the responsibility of the high bidder. On Sep-23-16 at 22:16:55 PDT, seller added the following information: While checking on the title/registration requirements, I learned Pennsylvania requires a form MV-39 to be completed, signed and notarized by the owner's heir. The signed form and signed title are required for the title to be transferred to a new Pennsylvania owner. The form may or may not be useful outside of Pennsylvania. At the winning bidder's request, form MV-39 will be completed and notarized. Please allow up to 5 days for me to process the request.
