The original chip is in perfect working order and will be sold with the car. It is a very easy “plug and play” swap. Being 32 years old the car does have a few items that need addressed: The largest being that the A/C no longer holds a charge.The headliner sags.Right door lock/unlock is very stiff. The weather striping around the back glass has shrunk, but does not leak.One light under the hood does not work, I do not know why.The car does show signs of her age inside and out:The paint is not perfect, but has no scratches or dents, always garage kept. The interior is no longer perfect, the drivers seat has some wear and the drivers floor mat is a bit discolored. One of the rear compartments no longer locks.
