This is a Cool 1962 Custom Rambler American Hot Rod in nice condition all around!! Unique custom build looks runs and drives great!! Has a very unique hot rod set up with rebuilt Oldsmobile Aluminum block 215 Rocket V8 and 3 speed Auto trans. The car has great power and sound and is super fun to drive!! I have had it for over a year and unfortunately have put less than 100 miles on it. It is a turn key driver but could use a few details and tweaks to make it amazing... I have several other ramblers so I'm letting this one go. Would be awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection... The body is super straight with no rust or collision damage that I can see. It's a sleeper showing no signs of what lies under the hood... Older High quality Re-Paint presents beautifully with only minor blemishes... It is a street car not a trailer queen but will hold its own at local shows or cruises. Frame, floors, and chassis are super solid!! Doors close tight and windows work nice... Get's tons of looks and compliments everywhere we roll. The interior is fabulous as well... panels, carpet, headliner and seats all redone... Really nice dash... Gauges and electronics all work... speedo cable needs to be hooked up. Nice hot rod interior. Rebuilt 215 V8 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... The car is powerful and sounds mean through custom exhaust. Hydramatic Trans is freshly rebuilt and a new custom driveshaft was just installed. Suspension feels tight provides a great ride and up-graded brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable... freshly serviced and tuned... ready to roll.... Overall this is a really cool Classic Hot Rod nice condition all around. Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like.
