2002 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE - NO RESERVE!! Manual Wheelchair Ramp Automatic Transmission 3.3L V6 Only 136K Original Miles Handicap Accessible Van No Reserve Auction! 70+ Pictures High Res Pictures -- Please allow time to load! Vehicle Description: This is a 7-Day NO RESERVE auction for a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Wheelchair Handicap Van! HIGH BIDDER WINS! Manual Wheelchair Ramp! Only 136K Original Miles! Check out the pictures! Thank you for checking out my auction - please take the time to read the full description below and carefully examine the high resolution pictures. I try to describe the positives & negatives of this vehicle accurately in this description. Check out this 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan that is equipped with a manual folding wheelchair ramp in the rear. This vehicle was previously in the fleet of a disability / medical transportation company -- after purchasing this vehicle I have driven it about 100 miles since. This Grand Caravan features the extended length body and the 3.3L V6. It is equipped with options like power windows, power locks, power mirrors, outside temp/compass, cruise control, and front/rear air conditioning. It has an automatic transmission that shifts great. Mechanically, this Grand Caravan is in good condition. The engine runs smooth and sounds great. The transmission shifts good and goes through all the gears. The brakes stop the van straight and well, with a slight bit of pulsation but nothing overly concerning. This van is equipped with factory cruise control and it works like it should. While driving the suspension components appears to be in overall good shape, with no noticeable clunking or noises. The steering appears to be in good working condition and the van drives straight. Exhaust is a little throatier than a standard Grand Caravan, but it has been rerouted due to the wheelchair ramp and this may be how it is supposed to sound -- certainly not overly loud or anything. The engine sounds great and haven't noticed any smoke. I have not noticed any leaks on the ground where this Grand Caravan has been sitting. While driving, the transmission shifts smooth and goes into all gears. There is a very slight vibration above 65 MPH but otherwise this van drives very smooth. The tires are all matching 245/70/15 Goodyear Integrity. All have some deep tread remaining. The climate control works and this Grand Caravan wherever you want it to (vents, defroster, etc - front and rear), the rear works on all power settings although the front blower only works on high. The Heat works great and the A/C is working and cold enough for Michigan but likely needs to be topped off on freon to be ice cold again. This Grand Caravan is equipped with AM/FM/CD/Cassette radio powers up and works like it should. The airbag light is illuminated. All of the gauges read properly and there are no abnormal readings. This van has power windows and locks that work well except the passenger front window is inoperable. Overall, this vehicle drives very good and I wouldn't have an issue driving it anywhere I needed to go. Cosmetically -- this van is in good condition with no significant body damage. There is a little bit of rust behind each of the rear sliding doors, a very common rusting point on these vans. Otherwise, the paint is in generally good condition with only normal scratches that you'd expect from a vehicle at this age/miles. I've tried to capture the imperfections in the high resolution pictures below. All of the doors open and close without problems. The windshield and the rest of the glass is in good condition. The interior is cloth seats and carpeted floors. The seats are in good condition, there are a couple small burn marks on the passenger seat. The floors are also in good shape with some discoloration especially near the passenger seat. There are some small burn marks between the door and the seat on the carpeting on the passenger side, and although it looks like a smoker once rode as the passenger in this van frequently I personally do not smell any foul cigarette odors (I'm not the most sensitive nose, but I usually notice it). The van is missing the front passenger compartment cup holder. The headliner is in clean condition and is generally nice and tight, but it is beginning to sag right at the very front and next to the 3rd row windows. The wheelchair ramp rattles quite a bit as you go down the road, I don't think this is unusual but it is sort of annoying. The left lock on the ramp sometimes sticks, I've lubricated it and it is getting better but will likely need to be lubricated again. Otherwise the ramp folds down easily and is not difficult to operate at all. I have included pictures of the seat belts for the wheelchair section -- I'm really not sure what is supposed to be there or if anything is missing, so please check them out. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call or email and I will try to figure them out ASAP. Check out the pictures - they speak for themselves! I have tried to capture both the positives and the flaws in those pictures. This is a good opportunity to bid for a no-reserve wheelchair accessible van with plenty of life left. I have tried my best to represent this vehicle accurately and to the best of my abilities. Earning and keeping a 100% positive feedback rating is very important to me! I purchase most of my vehicles as trade-ins from new car dealerships as traded. I test drive each vehicle on the expressway and around town for at least 20 miles, often over 100 miles, and use that experience to represent the vehicle to you on eBay. Please remember that you are buying a used vehicle and that a certain amount of wear/use/flaws are to be expected on any used vehicle -- including this one. You are welcome and encouraged to come check out this vehicle for yourself and take it for a test drive before the auction ends. I have included over 40 pictures - please check out them out. Feel free to email/call me (Michael) at 734-717-3653 with specific questions and I will do my best to answer them. Auction Details & Payment Information: The vehicle is for sale locally as well so auction can end at any time. Bid with confidence as I have represented the vehicle well. There will be a $100 documentation fee added on to each vehicle sold (including sales to other dealers). A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction ending via paypal. The remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction by Cash or Cashier's Check. If you need financing, please have that arranged BEFORE the auction ends. Please only bid if you are 100% serious about buying this vehicle. This means you have a plan for shipping or picking up the vehicle and have the financial ability to pay for it. Due to high amounts of non-paying bidders recently, you must have a PayPal account associated with your eBay Account to bid on my auctions. Please make sure you have this, especially if you plan on waiting until the last hours to place a bid because it can take a while to set this up. Please do not take away someone else's opportunity to buy this vehicle by placing a bid without the full intention on purchasing it. Thank you! If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to call me at 734-717-3653. We are a licensed used vehicle dealer and must collect sales tax/title/plate fees so please contact me prior to the auction ending if you want to know what fees you will have to pay on top of the purchase price. Michigan residents will pay 6% sales tax, $15 title fee, and whatever your plate ends up being. For out of state buyers, each state is a different tax/title scenario. If this is a concern, please contact me before the auction ends and I will tell you exactly how much (if any) tax will be for your state. For out of state buyers, any taxes that are paid to me you will receive a credit in your home state (you will not be double-taxed). All out of state buyers will be required to purchase a 15-day temporary tag/registration for $10.00 without regard to how you are getting the car to your home state (shipping it or driving it) and you will need to send me a copy of proof of insurance for any vehicle you own. This is the State of Michigan's rule, not mine...but from browsing eBay $10 is probably the cheapest temp-tag of any state and you will be able to drive your car immediately and legally. In Michigan, all cars sold over 10 years old are marked as mileage exempt in accordance with Federal law. Basically, this means that the State stops keeping track of mileage on older cars, however Autocheck still does track the mileage and this vehicle is not known to have any mileage inaccuracies or discrepancies. Any New eBay bidders or those with zero feedback, please send us a message or give me call to confirm your contact information or your bid will be canceled. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping. We will work with your shipper to help them in any way we can. We are located in Manchester, MI - a small town in SE Michigan about 20 minutes from Ann Arbor or about an hour from the Detroit or Toledo areas. We are on a main state highway, under 10 miles from the interstate. We can pick up from Detroit Metro Airport or Ann Arbor Amtrak station for free. Vehicle is available for local viewing just contact me to set an appointment! Thanks. Michael @ 734-717-3653. Contact Information: Feel free to call or text me any time at 734-717-3653. The vehicle is located in Manchester, MI. Please call ahead for an appointment to view. 70+ High Resolution Pictures:
