Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway. 2. Bidding on the Vehicle2.1. Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me the seller and to other bidders who may want the vehicle. It also wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids at my discretion.2.2. End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end my auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You will be sent an invoice for the deposit amount of $300 immediately the auction ends. The deposit must be paid within 24hrs.3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time will cancel the transaction and deposit paid is forfeited. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). All funds must be in US dollars.3.5. Fees and Taxes.3.5.1. Dealer Fee. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, at my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay as I deem fit. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. Please note: Buyers and/or their shippers van take delivery of vehicles on FRI, SAT & SUN only except by prior arrangement. 4.2. Pick Up. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you a first-hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives.

Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. I make every effort to disclose known mechanical/cosmetic defects. ITEM DESCRIPTION:

POWER TRAIN

This vehicle starts first time and idles smoothly. It runs and drives ok. The transmission engages and shifts smoothly shifts in all gears. It has been road tested in city traffic and at highway speeds up to 70 mph.

DEFECTS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION:

1. This car has suspension issues. The steering vibrates harshly at speeds above 60 mph. I have had the tires checked out and rebalanced but this did not solve the problem. It will need suspension work before it can be driven for any considerable distance.

2. The Instrument cluster has issues. The speedometer and rev counter work intermittently as well as other gauges.

3. The passenger side window has come of its railing and will need attention. The window regulator works ok though.

MILEAGE

This car has 186k miles on the odometer.

EXTERIOR

The body of the car is average. The hood and trunk have many small scratches. There are also rust spots on the rear quarter panel(s).

INTERIOR

The interior of the car is also average. The driver’s seat leather is worn but other seats are in good shape.

The passenger side window has come of its railing and will need attention. The window regulator works ok though.

The car has 1 key with no remote.

TIRES , BRAKES & SUSPENSION

This car has 4 average tires. The brakes work well but have not been inspected for wear.

SUMMARY

Vehicle has not been formally inspected by a mechanic and buyers/bidders should understand that the opinions provided are purely based on my driving experience of the car and are not a guarantee of condition. I do not consider this car road worthy in its present condition due to the suspension issues. If you are handy with BMW’s this could be an easy fix otherwise its good for parts.
