This 1995 Military Flight Line Van was the property of the US Air Force from 1995- 2006. I purchased it 2007 and have spent over $18,000 in converting it into a custom four season Motor home. It is fully self contained At age 55 and semi-retired and now married. We are now relocating to North Carolina to enjoy a normal life residing in a quiet home. This camper has all the needed features to survive in all types of weather. Vehicle has recently new front and rear breaks. New transmission last year with two years warranty remaining. New radiator,hoses, and belt. Has a 3 way refrigerator, 20,000 BTU heater,stove,toilet and hot water sink and shower which all work. Also has dash and roof AC.This RV starts and runs real nice. I am selling this RV at a very low price because it has been using some water and will need head gasket repair in the further to be 100% trouble free. I have had a local repair estimate of $1,400-$1,600 to repair the problem. Also the front tires will need to be replace soon. Pretty much giving the vehicle away at the asking price, but I cannot fix it at this time as we are relocating in two weeks. Please notice the pictures.The cabin has 2" insulation all around with double pain all season windows. The 3 cabin area windows cost over $800.00 when purchased in 2008. The new cabin heater was $460.00 and installed just last Novenber 2015. Has dual batteries which are about five years old. Also has a 20 gallon black water tank and a 16 gallon fresh water tank. water pump also works fine. There is a dash mounted GPS navigation /DVD player up front which works, but is not currently connected. Please send me any questions I don't mind talking about my camper.
