although the Title section says "Clear"...this car is being sold as a Parts car, Or someone that can put a mechanics lein on it, or in some states only a bill of sale is required to register a vehicle.I bought this car for my son, when purchasing vehicle, we payed the women half the money till she relaced the Lost title, wich she did immediately. when we went back to pick up title, we noticed a Lein on bottom, she said she had the lein paper somewhere, and would produce within a day or 2.i asked her,(elderly women at that)...i ASKED ARE YOU SURE THE CAR IS PAID OFF, SHE REPLIED ,YES,turns out, she owed money....at this point about a week later, she promised to figure it all out, cause she bought for a family member, and promised IN WRITING to have it resolved within 7-10 business days....that was nearly 2 months ago(i have since bought my son a new truck.....when i asked for my money back, she said she used it to put toward car payment, and bills.....now you may think its crazy, but i had 2 flip sides the coin in this dilema...1.we have never seen a car so showroom perfect, and i figured id give her the benefit of trying to pay it off.2.i had the previous owner (her) sign 3 bills of sale, stateing she sold me the car ...and another affidavit stateing she acknowledged there is a balance she will clear up.......well some time has passed now, and i am the owner of this vehicle now, Title is free and clean of any salvage, flood, etc....its a clean title , with 1 owner, yet bottom right hand corner has a banks name on it as only 1 first leinholder.....I have the right to resell this vehicle, due to it was sold as is to me...its her obligation no matter what circumstance is, to pay off the bank she borrowed from, wether they garnish her wages, pay, lein her home..etc....according to her, she swears, and yells Jesus name out it will be paid soon, and shes making the payments....sounds crazy, but cant make this crap up....the car is not stolen, its being sold from my home, i have my proof to show i am the owner now.....as i stated earlier, some states require only a Bill of sale to transfer ownership, where i live, thats not the case....or if you own a body shop, you can put a mechanics lein on it, and u will get title in your name.OR IF YOU ARE A DEALER, AND WANT A BEAUTIFUL NEW LOOKING, EXCELLENT ON GAS ROAD CAR TO TRAVEL WITH YOUR DEALER PLATE...THIS IS THE CAR !!!...the women that sold to me is willing to do anything possible to make it easy for me, or the buyer, cause she knows she was wrong....i could have went the route of takeing her to court, but i cant GET blood outta a stone, and she spent what i gave her..AND HONESTLY, THE JUSTICE SYSTEM SEEMS TO SIDE MORE FOR THE CROOKED TODAY...so it will be a waste of my time, and i can get back what i paid her on just the engine and transmission value alone., i do believe in Karma, and what comes around , goes around.....if someone needs the motor,trans, interior, navigation,,,etc...this cars perfect. ive taken 2 pics of the vin # to show, its not a stolen car, nor any scam.....heres what car has FACTORY NAVIGATIONFACTORY SUNROOFALL CONTROLS ON STEERING WHEELTIRES ARE BRAND NEWHAS FACTORY RIMS(NOT HUBCAPS)INTERIOR IS A 10EXTERIOR IS A 10THE CARS JUST PERFECT IN EVERYWAY ANY QUESTIONS, FEEL FREE TO CALL ME @ 201-206-1030I CAN ASSIST WITH SHIPPING, WITH mCNUT AUTO, THEY ARE CHEAPCARS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTYS APPYYOU MAY COME ANYTIME TO DRIVE IT, NICEST ONE OUT THERE$500 PAY PAL DEPOSIT REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER WINNING AUCTIONNON REFUDABLE DUE TO AL THE DEADBEAT EBAY WINNERS.....IF YOU HAVE 0 FEEDBACK, PLEASE CONACT ME FIRST BEFORE BIDDING
