1976 CADILLAC DEVILLE CABRIOLET GREAT CAR-ICE COLD AIR 1This is an original rust free car with 67,200 miles. I bought the car knowing the body was straight and rust free and never molested. I knew it was faded, but was the right color combination to make a great car. The firethorn metallic red with white Cabriolet padded roof and beautiful matching white interior make this De Ville really stand out from the rest. 2 The chrome is very presentable for a forty year old car and it drives like a dream. I drove this car 300 miles round trip to have it painted with no problems. 3 This car is in great shape and has no problems after being checked out. The car is loaded with options like climate controlled AC, power steering and brakes. I will tell the story as we go through the pictures. I take my pictures in all light scenarios so you can see the what the car looks like in natural light. I take a lot of pictures so please be patient the pictures are worth the wait if you want a great car. MY PICTURES ARE JUST AS THEY COME OUT OF THE CAMERA and not ran through any type of photo enhancing program like photoshop. You see the car as it really is. 4 I am a retired farmer and used to buy a lot of cars for resale. My age is really slowing me down and I just can not do as much. I have enjoyed the project and now it is time to let someone else enjoy it. This car is a true time capsule and the end of an era of big luxury. 5 I love the wire hubcaps and look great on the car but they are like 40 years old and show some age. I also have a set of the plan hubcaps that go with the car too. 6 This car rides and drives like a dream with a close to new set of Toyo tires and matching spare. 7THIS PAINT COLOR HAS ALOT OF METALLIC AND CHANGES COLORS IN DIFFERENT LIGHT SCENARIOS, THIS IS THE CORRECT FACTORY COLOR PAINT CODE. 8 THIS CAR WAS SOLD NEW IN SPOKANE,WASHINGTON 9 I was told this car was sold new at Utter Cadillac in Spokane, Washington. If you research Cadillac Historical Archives you and send off and get the broadcast sheet and a delivery date to the dealer. The weather stripping looks good . You can work with the knob and it come back on. 35 36 37 This is a spot that is bad to rust on these cars. This one is rust free. 38 39 40VERY GOOD CHROME. 41 42 Nice Toyo spare that match other tires and jack that match the car. 43 44 POWER WINDOWS WORK AS THEY SHOULD AS DO REMOTE MIRROR AND DOOR LOCKS. 45 46 These cars are only original one time and are more valuable that way so this car has only had the one repaint. 47 48 COMPLETELY ORIGINAL UNDER THE HOOD WITH STICKERS. I WILL CLEAN AS MUCH OF THE RUBBING COMPOUND UP UNDER HERE AS POSSIBLE. I DID NOT NOTICE IT SO MUCH UNTIL I SAW THE PICTURES. 49 All of the stickers are factory original to the car. It looks too good to mess with repainting it. Originality is judged important for car shows. Deposit will be made through PAYPAL. No sort of checks will be accepted for deposit. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. Balance will be paid by bank wire transfer. All financial transactions must be completed before removal of vehicle.
