Up for sale here is our beloved 2000 Ford E-150 Conversion Van. Conversion Vans are different from normal Vans in that a company will buy it from Ford and then make a few changes to it to be more "Road Trip" and "Comfort" worthy. This van is optioned with the 4.2 V6 for better road trip MPG, it is paired with Ford's smooth Automatic transmission (with OverDrive option for Towing). This "Conversion Van" comes with QUAD seating or 4 captain chairs for the long haul for adults and a 3rd row bench seat for the kids that turns into a small bed for resting. The Van is sold with "clean and clear" TX title with no warranties expressed or implied. The van will be sold with off road tires/black wheels (as shown in the pictures). The CD/FM player works well however the pixels act weird every now and then - the reception stays strong and tunes are loud and clear. The AC also blows amazingly and has never let us down in our ownership. Current mileage is 177k.We personally bought the van in 2012 and since then have done numerous road trips (miles are mostly highway) and have taken a lot of pride in modifying and maintaining the van as follows: Service History:- Purchased in November 2012.- Added Wipers, full fluids change/flush - oil, filter, transmission flush, and radiator flush in January 2013.- Removed wheel hub caps and added Off Road Tires and Black Wheels from Discount Tire in January 2013. Looks mean and aggressive and can be driven on street/sand/dirt/etc.- Added Hitch for towing toys from U-Haul in February 2013. - Replaced Battery Terminals in March 2013. - Oil and Filter change for upcoming Road trip in April 2013.- Spark Plugs and Fuel Filter changed in July 2013.- Oil and Filter change in January 2014.- Oil and Filter change in September 2014.- New Battery for upcoming Road trip in December 2014, the battery is Duralast Gold from Autozone and comes with a 5 year warranty. - Oil and Filter change in April 2015.- Oil and Filter change in December 2015. - Oil and Filter change in April 2016. * I never go of months for my oil changes, hence the no pattern oil and filter changes seen above, I change it every 4-6k miles with synthetic oil and Mobil1 filter. I also always rotate the tires in "x" formation at the same time. The car has never failed a state emissions inspection (currently valid) and runs perfectly - I would not hesitate to take it on a road trip from CA to FL tomorrow. Check my feedback (100%) and buy with confidence. Please keep in mind this has been our Road Trip vehicle and with it being a 2000 year van it does show its age.
