1975 Triumph Trident. T160. Triple with electric start. PROJECT. DOES NOT RUN. Clear Ohio title in my name with all numbers matching. T160XK00167 stamped on engine and frame with matching Ohio title in my name. Previous owner has owned since 1980. Has 12k original miles. Appears all original minus handlebars and side stand. The previous owner removed the head to begin restoration. There was nothing wrong with engine prior to removal of head. The head, cam covers, exhaust and oil cooler are mocked together for photos. The head looks good and everything appears intact. The engine still licks over fine. Over 90% of bolts appear present. This machine appears original, unmolested. The original seat looks nice with only edge wear. The chrome cleaned up nicely and the machine has no road rash or damage. It has been well taken care of and always stored indoors. The original gauges appear nice with the original sticker still on tach. The original exhaust looks nice. Still has the original baffles. The battery has leaked on the left side causing some staining to exhaust as seen. Also some surface rust as a result on bottom of side cover and frame as seen. No through rust only surface rust. Left headlight ear is slightly bent as seen from falling over. The original grab bar, taillight and signals look nice and the rear fender still has the original sticker. The hydraulics will need gone through. The machine rolls freely and old Dunlop tires still hold air and have good tread. The tank looks good. Only light ping dents and scratches. Clean inside. The wheels cleaned up nicely. The bike still has the original owners manual and some tools. Please view photos. Almost all bolts appear present. Only a few bolts and exhaust clamps appear missing otherwise complete. The carbs are complete and has the original uncut air box. Sold with no reserve to the highest bidder. No BUY IT NOW.
