1953 gmc 4 window short school bus, great start for a cool project, these old short buses are getting pretty desirable, this one having the better looking of the gmc front ends makes it even better. Build possibilities are endless with one of these. This bus has no engine in it at the time, does have the transmission, the inside was converted to a camper many years ago, the bus measures an over all length of 22.5 ft, the rear bumper makes it a little longer, with a wheelbase of 13' 4". The bus has all the glass, front drivers windshield is busted some, has some rust as seen in pictures, the bus rolls an steers easily an the tires hold air, side door opens an closes, along with rear door as they should. No title will be sold with bill of sale.
