1966 Chevrolet C10 Short bed Fleetside small window pickup. Taken down to frame and coated with KBS Coating. Every nut and bolt has been replaced. There is approximately 400 miles since rebuild (per new odometer). Truck needs body work, paint, interior and bed needs to be completed. This truck is sold as is and as an unfinished project truck. I have included a list of items that I know need attention, but I have been able to drive it as is. There is a slow leak in one of the air connections, seems to be a battery drain (but not sure what is causing it), needs tune to run optimal, fuel sending unit needs to replaced (incorrect unit installed) and an oil and transmission fluid leak. Here is a list of what has been done: 350 engine (approx. 320HP) built by HP Engines in Victor, CA. 700r4 transmission. watts link. Frame has been boxed for strength. The following items were purchased new and installed: Air Ride technologies ARC4800 Big Red system (1/2" lines) with two air tanks and two compressors (lines that run to front bags were ran in the frame), air ride kit was custom installed. Haneline gauges, new tilt steering column, billet specialties fastlane 18" wheels with matching steering wheel, gas tank, fuel pump, Optima yellow top battery, wiring harness, window rubber and felt, front windshield (all glass installed by professional installers), engine mounts, interior door handles, exterior door handles, window cranks, two 3 point seatbelts, one center seatbelt, 5 lug conversion front and rear, disc brakes in front, drum in rear, front disc brakes lines and lines running to back drums, CPP brake kit, front and rear chrome bumpers, bumper brackets, headlights, headlight trim rings, dynomat (not completely installed). Thank you for looking On May-07-16 at 17:02:35 PDT, seller added the following information: I have only driven this truck around town on short trips (8-10 miles). As mentioned, truck needs a tune up and a once over before taking on a longer trip. I have not driven this truck on the freeway, speedometer is off and I think for freeway speeds you would want to consider a gear change (I am not sure what gears are in it). When filling gas tank it overflows when at a gas station, I have been using gas cans to fill up the tank. The tank is vented and I have had two mechanics look at it and they both scratched their heads saying it shouldn't be having a problem.
