Be Aware That Vehicles Are Offered As Is/No Warranty Unless Stated. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, the vehicle is being sold “as-is”, with no warranty. I try to accurately and fairly describe any known mechanical or cosmetic issues. However, as with any vehicle, mechanical or other failures may occur from time to time, and I cannot represent or warranty that they will not. You are responsible for any repairs made after the sale. 1.4. Mileage May Vary Slightly. I indicate the mileage of each vehicle at the time of listing. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway. 2. Bidding on the Vehicle2.1. Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me the seller and to other bidders who may want the vehicle. It also wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids at my discretion.2.2. End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end my auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You will be sent an invoice for the deposit amount of $300 immediately the auction ends. The deposit must be paid within 24hrs.3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time will cancel the transaction and deposit paid is forfeited. 3.4. Payment Methods. This 528 is equipped with a 2.8 Liter 6 Cylinder Engine and automatic transmission. Odometer reads 134k Miles.

POWER TRAIN

This vehicle starts first time and idles smoothly. The engine is in good condition with no defects noted.

NOTE: This car will need transmission work. The transmission slips when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. Once the slip is detected the car goes into limp mode. I.e the transmission will drive only in 3rd gear. If the ignition is turned off and then on again, the limp mode is cleared until the next slip is detected. The car is drivable but should not be driven long distances as the transmission will drive only in 3rd after it slips. The CEL is on with code P0730 – Incorrect 3rd gear ratio.

MILEAGE This car has 134k miles on the odometer. This is relatively low mileage for a 1998 car.

EXTERIOR The body of the car is clean and above average. There 1 or 2 minor scratches on the right side of the car. The front and rear bumpers are scuffed. The paint is clean and free of major blemishes. Overall a relatively clean car for the year. Please look at the pictures in detail .

TIRES , BRAKES & SUSPENSION This car has 4 average Cooper tires. The brakes work well but have not been inspected for wear. Suspension is tight with no strange noises noticed.
