Here you will find my beloved Golf TDI. This is a single owner car, and it has been driven by fewer than six people. The family has grown, the car is small, and its is getting older, so its time for a change. There are currently no known mechanical issues, just get in and go. I just had it detailed inside and out. It's powered by the infamous TDI (this is a model year previous to all those articles you see around emissions). This thing is fun to drive 5spd manual, and it can get 45-50mpg on a good day, but rarely under 40mpg. It starts easy in the winter, and drives great. You won't be disappointed, I hate to see it go. It's currently got an aftermarket Alpine stereo that has no CD player, but instead a larger than normal color LCD and iPod interface. I will also include the stock unit. The car is all wired for aftermarket stereo (power/signal/speaker wires/etc), but all equipment except the deck have been removed. There is a buz at low volumes at times. The body has a number of dings/dents/etc. I took detailed pictures to show them all. The worse is the front right fender which is rusting. All basic cosmetics. It comes with a set of summer tires/wheels currently mounted, but nearing end of life. I also have a set of winter wheels + tires, which are included if wanted. There is also a custom made hidden hitch behind the rear bumper. I used this to pull a small motorcycle trailer back when I raced bikes. The roof rack is a VW OEM part, made for this specific car. It works GREAT for hauling 2x4s, bikes, etc. We often traveled with all our coolers/lugage up there to leave room inside for the family. I also have a bike rack made for these rails, and that will come with the car if wanted. I have sold many vehicles via eBay, two within the last year, and have 100% positive feedback!
