This car is up for bid again due to a loser who decided not to pay after winning the auction. If you plan on not paying do not bid. You are bidding on a 2003 Dodge Neon SE. This would be a great car for a first driver or someone looking for a reliable daily driver. This was my daughters first car and with only 133,629 miles has a lot of life left and is a good buy. There is a lot of new parts on the car the entire front end was replaced and new tires as mentioned above one year ago . It has a new battery, the timing chain, and water pump were replaced at 110,000 miles, spark plugs, wires, and coils were replaced at 125,000 miles, there is a little rust on the lower valance below doors.
