I am selling a very special 1996 Impala SS, I've owned this car since 2009. Let me give you the scoop, I bought this car in 2009 at which time I put it in the shop to begin the complete restoration. This car has a completely rebuilt 5.7 engine with Corvette aluminum heads, Compcam roller kit, MSD distributer, MSD coil and wires, 700 R trans with 1500 stall & 3 stage shift kit, Detroit Rocker rear 373 gears, 50 series Flow Masters, new water pump, and new alternator. Whether you prefer to simply cruise or you prefer serious muscle, this car runs like a bat outta hell. This car has only 400 miles since the engine rebuild, I only drove this car around getting price quotes from different body and interior shops in the Chicagoland area. Now as for the body, let me remind you that I was completely restoring this car to compete in shows. That being said, their is rust on the rear panels of both sides, some paint discoloration (about what you'd expect in a 20 yr. old car), undercarriage and trunk are ok. The interior is not bad, the rear seats and front passenger are all ok but the drivers seat is torn. All doors are ok. Oh yeah, the rear tires are new and the fronts are around 75%. I have to sell because I need the money for overhaul on my semi truck, that's the only reason I'm selling my car. I've priced the car at a low price considering I've invested over 7k in engine and trans alone. My loss your gain. Thanks for viewing! Please do not bid with no money!
