1969 Mustang Mach1428 Cobra Jet, Auto, and AC This beautiful Black 1969 Mustang Mach1 turns heads and is a blast to drive. This car is very tight and actually drives as good as it looks. This car has been maintained to a high standard since its restoration years ago. The Raven Black paint is slick, straight, and shows extremely well for a car that has been driven. This car is free from rust and is all Ford sheet metal. The interior is in excellent shape and shows well (seats, carpet, and headliner almost look new). This car left the factory as a big block Mach 1. The current 1969 428 Cobra Jet motor is date coded to the car, but is not the original motor. This 428 Cobra Jet has been balanced and runs very strong. The C6 automatic transmission shifts smooth. This Mach1 has disc brakes in the front and drums in the rear. The car handles and brakes extremely well. The Magnum 500 wheels and BFG tires are like new. This car was sold new at Mc Dougald Motors in Claxton, Georgia. The car was scheduled for production on 11-13-68 but was actually produced on 11-11-68 two days ahead of schedule.
