Vehicle Detail
1985 Honda VF1100 V65 Sabre. This is a turnkey bike in excellent condition. The maintenance: The list goes like this recently the fuel lines where replaced except for the braided lines they were still in good shape, new fuel pump, The master cylinders fluid has been flushed and replace, oil changes for the motor and rear final drive, and new battery... 5 years ago it had the water hoses replaced and radiator flushed. The coolant was just tested and still is good, regular oil changes that coincide with maintenance schedule. The bike has never had a problem this is regular preventive maintenance. I have owned seven of these motorcycles over the years this is only the second blue one I have owned I feel that the blue is much more rare than the red. Everything is original except for the tires that have good tread but getting old. I have a couple of things I will do before the end of the auction when it goes.. You may have noticed in the pictures that the tank warning sticker is gone it was yellow and Peele up I've taken it off and ordered a new one. A little history about myself so the buyer knows who he's dealing with. Hopefully I am not sounding like I'm bragging. I have owned a Japanese vintage motorcycle shop and been fortunate enough to win awards for restoration and custom built bikes. So some people think that I know what I'm doing you be your own judge. enough about me. There is very little Sun fade on the motor no armor all applied to try to make it appear something is not. wax onlyThe bike is super nice but not perfect I would give it an 8.5 if I was judging it. If you have any questions about the bike please email I would love to answer them also I would be willing to deliver the bike to you for some gas and lunch money, providing you don't live in Canada. Sorry about the pictures they are really not that good I took some really good ones but I have a new computer system and I don't know how to download them yet. I know you think you could expect more from the old bike mechanic lol. Please have fun with you today thank you for taking a look.P.S. I have the complete toolkit an owners manual for the new owner and I might even have a service book around here that I can throw in, but no guarantees on that. Thanks
