Up for sale is my wonderful 1995 Dodge 2500 Conversion Van. I just bought it and I believe I'm the 3rd owner of it. I'm selling it as I need a 109" wheelbase conversion van and this one is the 127"wheelbase. Other than that- it's super but a little large for my needs. I do not need the raised roofIt will fit (just barely) into my residential garage.This feature is a real biggie as you do not have to pay a storage monthly fees to store it somewhere else. I bought it to use it for Bucs and Gator games for myself and a neighborhood couple for tailgatingat those games. It's ideal as if you're not taller than 5'9" tall- you can stand up fully. I'm 5' 11" so I have to bend some. If you're 5' 9" tall you can stand up and walk around in it. I bring all this up isfor seating modifications I have made. The previous owner took out (and threw away) one of themiddle custom captains chairs. I removed (but still have) the twin seat to it. It's in great conditioneasily re-installed if you need it. The bed (sofa) in the rear makes out into a queen size bed (tri fold) and itoperated electrically perfectly. With the two front captains chairs and a couch that comfortably will seat 3people (the couch)- I didn't need the middle captains chairs for my use so I opened up the space for more space and storage. One thing I almost forgot (and didn't remember to picture) is the TV set (works great) and the tapeplayer (I haven't used it yet). It's sitting up high in the raised roof area. I'll send a picture if needed. I've earlier listed all the power and standard equipment but do need to discuss the outer body condition It's super and was repainted at some time ( Ido not know when) in the past by one of the 2 previous owners.It looks great but could use some touch up around the windows to make it look really pristine. When I got it 8 months ago- the fiberglass raised roof was peeling and looked unsightly. I took it to a shop and they justrepainted and sanded it down to make it look almost new. It also has a great spare and new tires with about200 miles on them.I would not hesitate to start up this van and drive it across the USA. If you buy this van (and you live in another area) you should come here and pick it up to drive home. You shouldn't hire a drive service (and their huge fees) to bring it to you. This V8 engine has 132,500 miles of use on it. That's low mileage for an automotive vehicle of this age. It runs very strong. Now- the a/c's. In Fla.(where I live) you must have great a/c for this Florida heat. Both the previous owner and myself had the van checked out at our shops and the a/c (and everything else) checked out super fine. The transmission was completely rebuilt by the previous owner. Rotors, brake pads and shoes are all new.Water pump and all hoses thermostat are brand new, Rear end was serviced and seals were all replaced. The radio is a biggie- The previous owner had a new 200 watt JVC CD player and radio installed. The only problem is the fuel gauge. It works some of the time. That didn't bother me as I never went far in itand always filled the tank. That's some things I would have eventually fixed though. That's about all I know about this super conversion van.
