Up for bid is a very rare 1991 BMW 325ix with a new clutch installed in March 2016 (clutch disk, pressure plate, release bearing, fork, pilot bearing, flywheel resurfacing). It runs and drives very well & has a smooth idle. It has 3 Michelin tires and 1 Dunlop (all like new). Engine: M20 SOHC 2.5 Liters 6-cylinder (straight) Transmission: 5-speed MANUAL stick Mileage: 161,615 (odometer & trip meter stopped) Drive: All-Wheel Drive Color Exterior: Royal Blue (rare) Color Interior: Light Gray (leather) This is the last model year for the venerable E30 platform for BMW’s first all-wheel drive car. The Color is a rare Royal Blue – it turns a slight purple in some sunlight angles. I owned it since 2003 and I have used synthetic engine oil and gear oil in the transmission and differential ever since. This car just passed CA emissions test on March 2016. It is also currently registered in CA. The following were installed or refurbished in 2004: Front & rear suspension refurbished, Bilstein Touring shocks installed Front & rear refurbished brake calipers, new rotors, brake hose, brake shoes Front steering tie rods and tie rod ends Timing belt, water pump, idle pulley, rear muffler Radiator (2012) Fuel pump in gas tank, alternator (both in 2013) New clutch (March 2016) The exterior paint’s clear coat is starting to peel at the hood, roof, rear trunk lid and a little bit on the3 sides. The base coat looks good but generally, it needs a fresher paint job on these areas, or the whole car (it's been 25 years).It comes with original front leather seats (probably Recaro).
