1966 Ford Mustang Convertible, V8 289cid 2v (C-code), Automatic Runs well, drives better. I hope I'm in this kind of shape when I'm 50. A new paint job will make this car the envy of the neighborhood. Until then, this car will make a wonderful small project car that you can take out on weekends. I've owned this car for the last 17 years and need to sell it only because we're expecting a baby soon. Bought from 2nd owner in 1998 and used as a daily driver with regular servicing until 2003. New engine, transmission, and convertible top and driven monthly until 2008. In storage until 6 months ago with less than 50 miles since. Tuned up with new distributor, plugs, and wires, new starter, rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt heating system with new heater core, and new fluids throughout. All belts and hoses are in good condition. Interior is in good condition with a few cracks in the seats, but otherwise clean. After-market CD/mp3 player (below dash) with amp and subwoofer (in trunk), and original AM radio still works. Power convertible top works perfectly, but weatherstripping is cracking. Everything else works well except for the in-dash oil pressure gauge. Body will need work, but looks fair. Several dings and scratches on the sides and the front valance is unpainted. Some rust in the rear quarter panels.
