Real R/T. Original CA car (Modesto then Eureka area). I'm the 3rd owner. I had it delivered in a enclosed auto transport 5yrs ago. One repaint in 48yrs. This car has been an absolute pleasure to own. Rock solid - everything works as it should. It's fast, strong, drives excellent, and handles smooth. Always in a heated garage and gets sunny days only. Trips to a national park or the lake. Maybe a car show once in a while. This car will drive across the country, no problem and actually get 15-16mpg going 75. NOM, but 440 period correct block. Completely redone, balanced and blueprinted. Est 450HP. Original transmission. The rear end had the wrong gears in it, so I replaced to stock. Interior is outstanding - carpet, seats, door panels, headliner, dash - all like new. Wilwood brakes. Upgraded, new suspension. Undercarriage super clean. Trunk and interior cabin powdercoated and sealed. Upgraded aluminum radiator. Hidden, upgraded stereo. Rubber and glass and great. Weatherstripping solid. I know I'm forgetting stuff, so ask me. There are only two things you could nit pick and may want to do over the long run, but don't need to for enjoyment and investment. 1) strip the paint, repair the surface rust, and put on a high quality paint job in the original color, PP1 red. The paint is about a 10footer now. Not a trailer queen, you can actually enjoy it without the stress and worry of chip here or there. 2) replace the center console entirely, or just a few pieces of it. It's very functional and works fine for me. I drive this less than 1000miles / yr. I really hate to part with this timeless classic muscle car, but I'm selling my house and doing other investments.
