This is the last year for the dove tail rear end with a metal bumper.Rare Big Block 4 speed roadster. I have been told that there were only 400 of these made. When they started getting serious about smog emissions in the early 70's . California would not allow the Big Block with a 4 speed to be sold in the state because it would not meet their minimums. I tracked this car down and found that it was originally sold in New York. Two years later they went to un leaded gas. Then the Feds went after saftey features and in 1976 they quit making the roadster along with most other models. I have a lot of the original records from the 70's that came with the car when I bought it. The car runs and drives great. Brakes, clutch, steering and front end are in great shape with new tires. There is something about having a car like this that is in original condition without being restored. It gets a lot of attention out and about and is always fun to take to a car show. I have had it for a couple of years now and I am ready for something different.
