Vehicle Detail
Relisted. I purchased this car in 2011 from a broker in CA. Car had been owned by a doctor in Santa Barbara who commuted to downtown LA every day, hence the high miles. I've put about 12K miles on it since December 2011. Not a regular driver, always garaged. Need to make room for some new toys. This is a cheap thrills car, yes a 996 but it looks like $40K. I've had lots of work done to it to keep everything in good shape, like I do with all my cars. It's a very strong little car. Check out the inspection report and/or call my guy to get an opinion - Jose at Vol 2 Motors - 404.248.9481. Condition is excellent for age and mileage. I'd say 8.5/10 on the body (the paint is great, I had the front resprayed since I've owned it); the interior 8 to 8/5/10. The passenger seat looks like nobody ever sat in it. With the back windscreen up and the top down, this car looks fast and almost new to the average person. It has a custom muffler that sounds perfect. And it hits 60 in 5.2, no supercar but it's a lot of fun. AWD is the only way to go, for me anyway. The drawbacks - It's not an 'S". It has a couple little dings. The stereo display has a few 'missing pieces' in the digits. See inspection report. Don't grind me on this stuff, it's all minor for what you're paying.
